CEO Daddy is a long-form interview show about the bets people made on themselves — and the bill that came with them.
Every guest walks us through the bet everybody knows about, then back to the smaller decisions, wrong turns and moments of conviction that made the outcome possible.
The conversations run as long as they need to. One camera, one table, no segments and no soundbite round — the part of the story that usually gets cut is the part this show is here for.
So we ask what it cost. The hours, the money, the relationships, the things people gave up without knowing whether any of it would pay off. You can do whatever you want. All it costs is everything you have. CEO Daddy is interested in what that sentence actually means once you put a real life behind it.

The host
Luke enlisted in the Army at 17, served with the 82nd Airborne and was wounded in Afghanistan at 19. After leaving the military, his path took him through nursing, software engineering and eventually entrepreneurship.
He founded Clusiv, the world’s first fully accessible e-learning platform for blind and visually impaired learners, after 185 investor rejections before his first yes. After Clusiv closed, he started again. Today he leads VetClaims.AI, an organization that has created hundreds of veteran jobs and helped veterans unlock more than $100 million in earned benefits.
His work now extends into veteran advocacy, policy and transition through the Future Warfighter Foundation and The Veteran Voice. That experience, including building, losing and rebuilding, is what he brings to the conversations on CEO Daddy.

Humble origins

It trains and equips community leaders to support veterans with real-world execution: employment preparation, leadership development, and a clear “next mission” path after service. It also runs as a think tank on what comes after a future near-peer conflict, because the next wave of veterans will be larger and the injuries more complex. Build the playbook now, rather than improvise later.
End Fail First — the right to choose your help from day one.
VetRights is a veteran advocacy initiative working to change the federal rules that restrict when veterans can pay for professional help with an initial VA disability claim. Its campaign, “End Fail First,” asks Congress to let veterans choose who helps them from day one, rather than waiting on an initial VA decision before certain paid accredited assistance is permitted.
It combines policy education, real veteran claim stories, and a public petition calling for changes to 38 CFR § 14.636(c). Led by Lukas Simianer and backed by the veteran team at VetClaims.ai, it frames the issue as one of veteran choice, consumer protection, and access to qualified help.
